Last night I plugged my Fitbit Charge 3 in to recharge. This morning i woke up to it randomly vibrating every few seconds and it wouldn’t stop. The screen would not light up either. I tried to reset a few times unsuccessfully and I got a weird black and white strip across the screen and then it died. It will not turn on. It does not have any green light and does not vibrate. It is just a brick. I have tried plugging it in and holding the button for 8 seconds and longer multiple times with no luck. Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
