Charge 3 didn't sync my steps

I walked over 15,000 steps on Sunday according to my Fitbit. That night I charged my Fitbit. When I got my weekly report yesterday, it showed 0 steps for that day. This has never happened. When I went to put on the charger, I had a little trouble with it if that’s significant.

 

im so bummed because I’d had a good walking day. Any idea on why that happened and can I get those steps back?

I understand how are you feeling and would like to know if you keep having problems with your Charge 3? Is your information syncing properly? What troubleshoot have you tried so far?.
