Hope someone can help, my Fitbit Charge 3 was working up until lunchtime yesterday, and when I looked again, I noticed the display was off and tried charging the watch but never came up with the charging icon. So left it attached for a few hours. And still nothing.
But when I press the side button to try and reset the watch, the watch just constantly vibrates (but only when plugged into mains power). It doesn't sync with my app and have connected to my laptop but doesn't appear.
