Won’t snyc with my phone says no device found. I have restarted charge 3. I have deleted app and started again. Turned off blue tooth and restarted all to no avail???help
found this resolution on other forum string regarding problems with new iPhone IOS update.
go to phone settings - bluetooth - and forget the Charge 3 device. then reconnect Charge 3 in the Fitbit App in the regular way you would pair a new device. it worked for me. everything back to normal.
Best AnswerTried this for a android phone and still unable to pair... momentary connection and then fails. Terrible update to the app... have had the fault since the 5th of May
