Charge 3 won't turn on

Please help, my charge 3 just switched off. Battery was not even empty. I've tried restarting by plugging charger on and holding button for 14 seconds still no response or usual vibration feedback.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Try this

Found out the device was put into the sleep option, if you plug it in, hold the button ..in a dark room..and the sleep option should be visible, touch that.  Worked for me.  You and I aren’t the only ones..
