Charge 3 won’t update

My charge 3 Keeps losing connection while updating at the 95% mark. I’ve reset my watch several times. This is very frustrating!😡

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this update issue. Also, I am sorry for the delay in response.
