How do you get the fitbit to vibrate once it receives notifications? I restarted the device, re-connected the blue tooth to my phone, made sure the Do Not Disturb function was turned off and set the vibrations to on and strong (even when the phone is on silent). It's not working, Help!

Hi, my charge 3 has stopped vibrating on all notifications and won’t buzz when I’m inactive and won’t buzz when I reach 10,000 steps. It worked one day and then not the next. I’ve tried all the quick fix options but it still isn’t working. Any tips as this was the main reason I purchased it?
Thanks
