Set my perfectly functional Fitbit Charge 3 down on the counter; when I picked it back up the whole screen was white, then it turned black. I briefly got it to turn back on for a few seconds but the screen was heavily pixelated. I've charged it back to full, changed the clock face, and reset it multiple times.
It's still counting steps and syncing with my phone, but the display on my tracker is a blank black screen

Thank you. Support did reach out to me, but the troubleshooting they provided is to reset the Fitbit, which I had already tried six times.
On the seventh try, the screen finally turned on. It now displays only a number of pixelated white lines that nearly fill up the screen.
