Charge 3 won't vibrate with notifications

My Charge 3 is able to receive notifications, however, it will NOT vibrate at all.

 

Normally when I press the side button, when alarm goes off, when doing 'relax' exercise, etc. I would feel a short vibration or a feedback. But now it's like the vibration motor is dead. Everything else still works.

 

I've tried restart, reboot, set multiple new alarms, use the timer, relax exercise, disconnect/re-connect my device and bluetooth, etc. It just simply won't vibrate at all!

 

Please advise!

And the phone is NOT on silent mode and the notification is ON.
