I haven't had my Charge 3 for very long but the side button has stopped vibrating. Notifications do not vibrate and the Fitbit doesn't vibrate when selecting an exercise either. I have already tried turning it on and off but that didn't fix it. When I go to settings to change the vibration, it doesn't vibrate when selecting between strong and normal.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution!

Welcome to the Community Forums @pops7! Thanks for already checking the settings to make sure the vibration option was set.
I'd recommend trying to restart your Charge 3 by following the steps at: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If your device is still not vibrating after the restart, check that the alarms are working. Your Fitbit device vibrates to alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven’t met your hourly activity goal. Have you see if the vibration is also missing for this features?
If your device didn't alert you, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Also note that when you turn on the Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode setting on your phone Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa receive notifications, but your device won’t alert you. Swipe down to see your notifications.
If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time:
Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around.

I am having the same issue and after trying your suggestions, my device still won't vibrate. All options should allow the device to vibrate, but it still won't. Any other ideas?

I have followed all Factory Instructions and instructions from other forums. My Fitbit charge 3 will vibrate when it is on the charger and not when it's on my wrist. Is this a common issue or something new that I may have to return my device?

I am also having the same issue with My Fitbit charge 3 and have tried all these troubleshooting steps. What is my next step? I purchased this Fitbit around the new year so it is less than 8 months old.

Hi, I had the same issue and found out that my fitbit was set for "sleep". In my case seems that by holding the button you have a "do not disturb" and a "sleep" option.

check if the "sleep" or "do not disturb" is not on... hold the button.

Hi @MarreFitbit I am having exact same issue... On my Fitbit 3. As you mentioned feels like motor is not working.
My button, alarm, notification don't vibrate.
Tried resetting it multiple times, I have followed all the steps you have mentioned above.
Can you please open case for me so I can get this issue resolved.
Thanks,
-Prasad
