I've had my Charge 3 for about 8 months now. A few days ago, I noticed that my silent alarm didn't go off and upon further investigation, I realized that my Charge 3 no longer vibrates.
It doesn't vibrate for:
- Push notifications from my phone
- Silent Alarms (yes, they are turned on)
- When you short-press or long-press the side button to bring up the screen or a different menu
- Countdown timers when they end
- When I plug it into charge
I've restarted it from the menu in the Charge 3 itself and I've tried restarting while it was plugged into a charger. Is the vibration motor just broken or defective at this point?

It's great to welcome you, @JKmansel.
If your Charge 3 isn't vibrating, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know how it goes. 🙂
