Charge 3 won't vibrate

Hi, I purchased my Charge 3 in September 2019 - just after Christmas 2019 the vibrations for calls/notifications/reminders to move all stopped working! I have looked around all of the chat rooms for ideas on how to fix the problem (rebooting the watch/plugging into power and holding button for 8 seconds/ removing from Bluetooth and reading / turning off notifications then turning back on again! Still no joy! Any other things I can try and if they don’t work how do I go about getting a replacement?
