Charge 3 won't vibrate

Yesterday the vibration function of my Fitbit Charge 3 suddenly stopped working. It doesn't vibrate for a silent alarm, for notifications, when charging and even not when touching it at the side.

 

I tried to restart it multiple times, but even when restarting it is not giving any vibrations. Does someone also have this problem now? 

 

Update: it started vibrating again for about half an hour, and now it is broken again.
