Charge 3 won't vibrate

No matter what I seem to do, my Charge 3 won't vibrate. I have restarted it, tried syncing, cleaned it, repaired it to my phone and updated the Charge to the newest version. Everything is on and how it should be through Settings and the Fitbit app, yet it still doesn't vibrate. It doesn't even vibrate when alarms go off, timers go off or notifications appear on my phone like it used to. What can I do to fix this? It is a brand new Fitbit that I got in July.

I know you say Settings are all correct, but it might be worth double-checking you are not in 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Sleep Mode'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
