My Charge 3 shows my step count but has not recorded my workout or sleep. It also has the wrong battery charge displayed. This is so frustrating. I usually restart my phone and it connects but it is just not working!

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this tracking issue. I would like to know if you keep experiencing this problem? Is the rest of your information syncing properly? You can try the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
