Could anyone tell me if you clear all data on your charge 3 do you lose all your step count for the week as Fitbit have said I need to do this in order for the Fitbit to log the sleep as it isn’t logging the sleep many thanks

Hi @Jenny09 - as long as you can sync your Charge 3 before clearing the data, nothing will be lost. It will be held in your Fitbit account.
