Charge 3

I have been having problems with my Charge 3 for about 4 weeks.  I have called a few times, couldn't understand the person well and I have texted numerous times.  They have told me to do the test of walking 100 steps, stopping, walking another 100 steps, stopping and walking another 100 steps, and stopping.  I have done this quite a few times also and I just seem to get the run around.  My Fit bit will tell me I have 10,000 steps when I know there is know way possible, then it will go back down to maybe 7000 steps.  One day I had a total of 26,418 and normally I do between 18000 and 22000, another day I had 28, 426, then 27642 and the next day 16,285 and 15,966.  I didn't do anything different any of those days to cause them to go up and down so dramatically.  There is something wrong and nobody seems to want to help me.  I can send you all of the emails I sent which are quite a few.  I have even sent a picture of my steps when they go over 10000 and I have only been working out for 1/2 and hour to 3/4 of an hour.  It usually takes me well over an hour to get my 10000 in the morning.  I am getting very tired of calling and emailing.  I have had a few fit bit over the years and your customer service has always been great.  I don't know what happened this time, but I am less than pleased with getting the run around.

Are you still seeing this issue?  There was a known problem like this that was fixed about a week-and-a-half ago.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This one is still doing it and it is getting worse.  No one fixed it all or even came close
