My Fitbit Charge 3 has officially bit the dust! The arm band broke and now all I have is the tiny piece of tracker that doesn't work! Time for me to call my Friend Randy Mac!

I know! The fitbit I bought last November does the same thing. Fitbit claims it was activated in 2018 so is out of warranty. They'll give me a 25% discount on a new one, but I think I'll go look at a more reliable product and a reputable company. I'll dig through old receipts, but not sure I want to ever deal with them again.

For 6 glorious months my Charge 3 worked PERFECTLY! On June 6th, it no longer worked. The clock is from 2-6 hours BEHIND! Sleep tracking NOPE! Step count, NOTHING! I tried to connect the tabs on the dashboard and got NOTHING, NADA!! BUT, if I wanted to purchase the PREMIUM, guess what??!! THAT PANEL WORKED! I'm beginning to wonder if it could be that Fitbit is purposely causing glitches to their devices so you'd HAVE to buy the PREMIUM product! I'm GLAD I purchased mine from QVC to receive a REFUND but I told them that they need to consider continuing to selling this product due to the many problems the brand poses!! They said they would let their Supervisor with my complaint! Well we'll see what happens....
