completely unrelated but i have questions...

Who do I contact to complaint about being cheated. Obviously, the customer service doesn't care and they tell me except for the supervisor, i don't have any other options. Yet, the supervisor is stuck telling me i'm out of luck and i have to purchase another product. they are willing to offer me discount on a product that i already paid for. The product that was faulty to start with and had various screen issues, hence, has been discontinued.

Here is the link to the blog that talks about consumers being contacted to replace their charge3. These consumers purchased their product like me in November 2018 but i was never contacted. So i had the faulty product to start with but no one cared. I contacted the company in May to advise of the screen issues i was having for a while but never got around to contact Fitbit. Obviously life happened. I came across this blog few days ago and sent an email to Fitbit but no one bothered to call or write me back. When i called today, i was told i had no option but to buy another product since Charge 3 was no longer being sold. I even offered to pay the difference for another product because i refuse to pay for the item itself because I already spent that money. Its not easy to fork out $150-200 every year for a faulty product that is going to last you only for one year.
here is the link.

While I don't know if your tracker is still under warranty, it sounds like it isn't.

Fitbit, instead of offering a repair service, gives a credit that brings a tracker down to what it would cost to repair.

Is your tracker still under warranty?

Did you purchase the extended warranty, have you checked with that company.

You say that you would pay the difference, but refuse the discount coupon.
