I use charge 4 Fitbit. I am 87 years. 60 percent of 7-8 hours sleep is RESTLESS. But not feeling tired. Please guide me. RKPANICKER India.

I have been having problems with Fitbit not recording my sleep accurately,  i.e., wrong time of going to bed,  wrong total hours of sleep. The help desk couldn't tell me why. It has happened twice in a week. She said to reset the Fitbit. I'm trying to figure out how.
