I've just bought a charge 4 and when I tried to get the app for it, it says my phone isn't compatible. I'm using a decently old phone, oneplusone android 7.1.1

Just want to know whether to return the Fitbit or is there another way to make it it work? I really don't want to have to buy a new phone as this one still works fine

According to https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices the phone needs to be running at least Android 10
