Hello. I own a Charge 4 and I have never had any problems with it until last night. I swam with my watch last night and when I got home I rinsed it off, dried it, and then charged it until it was at 70%, but when I woke up 6 hours later, it was dead. I then restarted it and charged it until it was at 30%, turned down the screen brightness and yet, it still died after a couple of hours. I can normally get a day and a half out of 30% charge, so this is a difference for my watch. The only thing I can think of that may have affected it is from taking it into the pool, but I have swam with it before and I have had no problems. I am wondering what is wrong with it and is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you!
