My Charge 4's screen has been black all day. It is fully charged and still syncs. I attempted to restart it while plugged by pressing the side button for 10 seconds but it didn't work and the haptic feedback isn't working either. I am not sure what else to do. Any advice appreciated, thanks!

I’d try restarting your Charge 4 one more time. Just hold down the button until you see a smiley icon then release the button. The Charge 4 should vibrate indicating the restart process is complete. If the black screen continues try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
