Charge 4 Brightness

My Charge 4 screen is suddenly very dim. In fact, it's now completely unreadable in the daylight.

Hello @BenWyles 

I can tell you how to adjust your brightness settings. To adjust the "Brightness" setting swipe left from your charge 4 clock screen to and touch "settings". The first setting you are offered is "Brightness" you can touch this to toggle between auto, dim or normal. After setting this touch the side button twice to return to the clock screen.

If this does not work you may have inadvertently engaged "Sleep mode", touch the side button for about 2 seconds and you will get "Do not disturb", "Sleep" and swipe up for "Screen wake" The first 2 need to be off and screen wake should be on if you want to use the wrist flick action to illuminate your charge 4 screen.
