For some reason I can't see the time on my charger, it's too light. I know everybody says I need to adjust the brightness but how am I going to do that if I can't see anything on the screen??!!! This should be changed from the app. What can I do???? 
same thing with the alarm. It's so hard to set them from the watch.

If you already tried restarting the Charge 4 by holding the button pressed for 8 seconds, please give our team a call or chat with them so they get a closer look at your case.
