Charge 4 quick battery drain

I noticed the last two days my charge 4 battery is fully drained in under 2 hours. Its almost two years old in a month and this shouldnt be normal. i rebooted and no GPS is turned on. Fitbit wasnt helpful at all so i am trying u guys. They did say they didnt see anything that is on to cause it to drain so quickly. I am back to may charge 2 currently. Any help would be appreciated. I did wash my hands and wrists yesterday and got it wet, but i am suppose to be able to get it wet. I still think it was occurring the previous day.

I've had my fitbit since April and this last week I've had exactly the same happen. Turned off all the things that drain the battery but the battery is still dead in about 4 hours.

Mine is doing the same. Was at 72% yesterday afternoon, but completely dead at 7:30 pm. Put it on the charger overnight and it was still dead in the morning. Moved charger and Fitbit to my computer this morning and it would charge to 99% and then go back down to < 3% while still connected to the charger. On the third round of this I caught it at 87%,  but as soon as I disconnected it from the charger the screen went black and it wouldn’t react. I got this Fitbit in February as a warranty replacement when the one I purchased in June 2021 broke at the band connection.

Fitbit are sending me a replacement as still under warranty. never had this trouble with my Charge 2 and my hubby has had no problems with his charge 4. I thought I was just unlucky until I read all the forums saying the same problem.

I plan to call support agin tomorrow. Hopefully they’ll replace again.
Otherwise I may need to go back to. Garmin. --

I am having the same problem with no luck.  love the charge 4 but what is the warranty???  site won't open.

Fitbit warranty in UK is 1 year. How long have you had yours? I went on the live Chat and got it sorted that way

I called support Wednesday because I’m having the same issue. He had me turn off all notifications and charge it which I did. It worked again the next day for only a couple of hours. I tried to contact support tonight and it won’t connect saying support is not available. It sounds like something is wrong with the batteries but they don’t want to admit that.
