My Charge 4 is less than 3 months old and is

so difficult to charge. Despite me ensuring that the pins are clean and following then charging instructions to the letter it will not charge. I know it’s meant to vibrate and show a battery picture when it’s started charging and that doesn’t happen. What else should I try to get it to charge? This is so frustrating- it’s poor design as this should be so

simple and easy.
