I've been searching this forum, and I'm seeing that this happens a lot. Fitbit should be aware of this and come up with a solution or discontinue this model. I've reached out, and was told that this defect is not covered under their limited warranty, which I'm sure is what everyone is being told. This renders this product useable. I'm reaching out to the BBB, if Fitbit is going to continuously sell a product that they know is faulty, then it should be reported.

I haven't been able to use my watch in over a week because I have the same issue. I ordered a new watch band thinking that was the issue but later realized the true problem. I'm hoping that fitbit will repair ir replace my watch.
