My screen has cracked whilst wearing it in the heat on holiday. Less than a year old and not damaged previously but there is now a crack running down the screen.
apparently not covered by warranty! But how can a fitness tracker only be suitable for wearing in cooler temperatures? Obviously no fitness tracker would admit to this, therefore if the screen isn’t resilient for wearing in the heat then there is obviously a fault and as such should be covered by warranty.

The warranty terms exclude accidental damage. In cases like this the tricky bit is persuading them that it wasn't accidental damage.
