Hello
has anyone got a solution to the black screen since august 10?
i've tried several things, but so far nothing has changed.
i'm on android.

Hi, @Tomatosheep , have you tried giving your Charge 4 a restart? Instructions here . You may need to try this a few times as a single restart does not always work.
If after trying this several times your screen is still not responsive please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . Be sure to tell them the specific troubleshooting steps you have already tried. They will be able to provide further assistance.

Yes i've tried this several times, i will try again.
i also just found out there is a forum in german, so i might switch to this, in case someone has some solution a little more complicated then it will be helpful for me in my language.
