Hello @Myrna246
Hopefully I can help. Is your Charge 4 showing in your phones Bluetooth list? If so try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. In order for your Fitbit to maintain date and time it needs to be connected to your Bluetooth. You can also see if you have the correct settings in the Fitbit App. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture and scroll down to and tap App Setting then tap time zone. Enable your settings to automatically. If turning your Bluetooth off and on again doesn’t help then I’d try restarting your charge 4. Look here to see how to properly do so: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RergqNUcZa0
Hopefully restarting your Fitbit fixes the issue. Please let me know if this does indeed answer your question. 😃 Happy Stepping!

@Myrna246 open your app, when was the last time that the app synced?
Through the app, tap the top left to go to account.
Tap App Settings, change your location to a location in a different timezone. You might have found the wrong timezone set.
Sync the tracker.
Now set to auto timezone or manually your timezone.
Do one last sync.
Fitbit uses the location to determine the timezone and the DST dates.
