Charge 4 - Delete Text message

A text message will not go off screen even though I have deleted on my cell phone.  How do I get rid of it?

When you swipe the notifications up, you should have the options to delete them. 

If not have you tried to restart the Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?
