Hi there
I’ve tried all of the uninstall and restart options but my Fitbit device won’t pair with my app.
the problem first started when my app stopped tracking my health information.
all information is still being tracked on my watch device but nothing is showing on the app.
the message that appears on the watch is download or update the latest version of Fitbit..

On what step during the setup process do you get an error message or get stuck?
The steps you tried were described here? Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
The message to download the app on the tracker means only that the Charge 4 is not paired to your account.
