My screen is getting dimmer and dimmer to the point that i can only see it when I'm in a dark setting. I've restarted, checked settings, and done all of the tips I've read about. Any chance Fitbit will stand by the product?

Best AnswerI had the same problem! I found a place where I could make out the dim text on my watch, I went looking on my watch to see if I could figure out the problem. I found the Settings area and a Brightness control and discovered it was set to Dim. When I changed it to Normal, I could read everything just like it used to be. There's also an Auto brightness but I opted for Normal since I'm not sure I trust an auto option. Probably auto would be a battery saver but I don't care. The mystery to me is how/why the brightness got changed. Settings is not an area I ever go to so I don't think it was anything I did to cause the Dim light. I see a number of other posters have mentioned similar experience recently. Coincidence???
Best AnswerThat was the first thing I checked and it is still set to normal.
