I got a Fitbit Charge 4 in 2020, could not figure out how to set it up, so I put it away.

Now I am determined to figure out how to make this watch work and help me.

I have the app on my Acer Laptop, and have downloaded onto my my TCL phone, but now what do I do?

I Have the Fitbit plugged by the cable to my laptop, and all the screen does is scroll

What do I do now? I really need help.

On the app on the phone click onto your profile and then setup device. It should some up with instructions on the app and eventually a pin will appear on the fitbit to put in the app

I am trying to go through the setup on my phone, and the Fitbit screen is still black and charging, I hope.
When I press the button on the side of the Fitbit while it's charging and all that happens is the Fitbit buzzes, but nothing on screen.
I don't think it's charging at all

how do I turn the Fitbit on so I can view the screen?

Thank you.
I contacted the online helps dept and it was determined I have a faulty device!
Fitbit is sending me a new, working device with a shipping label so that I can send back my broken device.
I appreciate your replying.
