Charge 4 Doesn't Update And GPS Issues

just got a new charge 4 but the settings menu on the watch it doesn't have in in anything about gps / sleep mode which is a little annoying as it was bought because of the internal gps. it also doesn't have the sleep mode either. When I connected it to my phone (with the latest app) the watch updated to version 48.20001.78.33 and insists it is the most up to date version as I am not getting any options to update further. However I have another charge 4 which is on version 48.20001.100.76. which according to fitbit is the most up to date version. The watch did say it would offer a further update in 48hrs but I never did this on my last one. What is going on here?
