Charge 4 - Double buzz when receiving notifications

Hi everyone,

Since a few months now, my Fitbit Charge 4 is sending me a double buzz when I get a notification.

So when someone sends me a text message or when I receive an email, my Charge 4 sends me the same notification twice. I get the first notification when I actually receive it and the second same one 20/30 sec after I received the notification. As a text on my screen and as a buzzer.

Because of this I never know if the second notification is a new one or the repeat of the first notification.

Does anybody perhaps know how I can turn this off? So, that I will only receive a notification once?
