Charge 4 GPS not connecting at all.

Last week I noticed the gps was taking a long time to connect (I was getting roughly 1km in before it would connect). Now since Sunday my device has been unable to connect at all. 
Yes the GPS is on and I have been through all the generic steps that everyone else with this issue has been asked to do. I have also been using it in open area's with no cloud cover (football oval, and running along the river in the Perth CBD)
