Heart Rate Sensor not lighting up after update. Heart rate tracking not working due to not working.

@MnGal , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message. 

 

Have you tried restarting your Charge 4? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also try its on the tracker:

Go to the settings app on the Charge 4 an tap on it. 

Tap on heart rate to turn it off. 

Sync the tracker

 Repeat to turn the heart rate on again and don't forget to sync afterwards.
