I am now on my second Charge 4, the second being a refurbished replacement sent by Fitbit, I am having the same issues as I did with the previous one, I have completed all the steps to try and rectify this. I have now been in contact with Fitbit 3 times in regards this, the third time I was eventually allowed to be passed through to request a refund, which I can’t get apparently because I have already had a Replacement. So I replied to the email sent and nothing, no response from Fitbit. I suspect they are trying to push past my warranty period, I have sent a follow up email and still nothing. I am hoping a moderator can help me with these issues. I am now very frustrated and am spending way too much time chasing a company that should be providing better customer service.

Thank you for your reply, can I check, at what point do they stop sending me refurbished replacements and provide a refund? This is clearly a known issue with the charge 4 from what I see. Are they going to recall or wait until everyone is just fed up chasing them ? Could you also chase up my follow up reply from customer service, I have no emails in junk or inbox. It seems to take at least 72 and a post on here to get any sort of response from them.
