Hi Guys, going crazy here.

 

I put 4 digit number in so I can set up. but my new Fitbit just tells me to update my app to set up.

Which I have. 

I have deleted every thing and tried again and again and again.

It says it is paired with my laptop or phone. it shows on my fitbit page its set up but I have no lights on the back of fitbit and no clock on front.

What's a girl to do?

I forgot to write its a Fitbit Charge 4

I was so excited to get a new Fitbit, Pulling my hair out.
