I get an email notification that my battery is low which is not helpful. Does anyone know how to get a text notification please?
Thanks

@ECG123456 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your feedback.
You can change the way you receive your notifications over your Online Dashboard:
- Go to fitbit.com and log in.
- Click on gear icon (settings top right)
-Click on notification and search for the one you want to change.
- Click on Save.
On the Fitbit app tap on your profile picture>Notifications and verify that the battery notifications is on.
See you around.

Thank you Juan
I've just tried to do that but there is no place to add my mobile number. There is only my email address.
How can I add my phone number please?

@ECG123456 , Nice to see you back. Thank you for trying.
You don't have to add you phone number.
As soon as you have saved the changes on the Online Dashboard (fitbit.com) they'll be saved to your account.
When you access your account with the Fitbit app, the push notifications will be send to the mobile device with the app.
Please make sure that you have your Fitbit app allowed to run on the background.
See you around.
