I have tried to reboot. I get the smile and vibrate. Then the screen just goes dark. When i hold the button it vibrates like the timer is going off, but the screen is dark. I've checked for updates and it says it is up to date. Repeated rebooting to smile still ends in dark unresponsive screen.
