Yesterday my fitbit had a black screen, vibrating non-stop. I tried to re-set it several times and it finally worked. Put it back on my arm and woke up this morning to the screen being fully black, side button totally not responsive. It was at 80% I plugged it in to charge it and it didn't do anything. Not sure how to restart when the side button doesn't vibrate or recognize my touch. I am super frustrated, is it time to go to Apple watch? Any suggestions on how to fix this
