Charge 4 Not Charging or Powering On

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my Fitbit Charge 4, which has suddenly stopped working. It is not charging or powering on, despite following all troubleshooting steps provided on your support site. Unfortunately, I have now found myself in a situation where there is no clear solution or support available.

As a customer based in India, I am particularly disheartened to learn that Fitbit does not operate any physical service centers in the country. This lack of physical support infrastructure leaves customers like me with no practical recourse when our devices fail — especially after the warranty period has ended or when out-of-the-box solutions don’t work.

Fitbit devices are marketed as reliable health and fitness companions, and customers trust your brand to support their wellness journeys. However, when issues arise, especially hardware-related ones, the absence of a service center or repair option severely impacts the customer experience. It also gives the impression that devices are considered disposable once they encounter technical issues, which is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about long-term support and sustainability.

I strongly urge Fitbit to consider establishing physical service centers or at least certified third-party service partnerships in key regions like India, where a significant number of your loyal customers reside. Not only would this provide much-needed support for situations like mine, but it would also reinforce Fitbit’s commitment to customer satisfaction and product longevity.

As a brand trusted by millions for personal health tracking, ensuring after-sales support — especially in hardware-related problems — is not just a service benefit, but a necessary customer responsibility. In the absence of such infrastructure, we are left without any solutions, which can lead to long-term customer dissatisfaction and the potential loss of brand trust.

I request you to escalate this concern internally and kindly inform me if there are any available repair, replacement, or service options for customers like myself currently facing device failure.

Looking forward to a response that offers a resolution — and sincerely hoping Fitbit takes meaningful steps toward improving support accessibility in markets like India.

@ashakantasharma   This is a user to user help site, not a technical support site.  You can't get the help you need here.  Please contact Support for technical support.  Fitbit/Google doesn't have any physical repair or service centers in any country.
