I plugged the charger into four different USB ports on my desktop at work, and when I set my Charge 4 on it, nothing. I've tried holding down the side button to restart, and it doesn't. It's not frozen, so I can still swipe through the different options. I've also cleaned the charging points on the teacher and charger. It's just sitting on the charger but not charging.
This is at least the third, possibly fourth tracker I've had since I upgraded from the Charge 2 during the shutdown. The first couple broke in the usual spot, then the last replacement didn't hold a charge. I've had this one for a month today.
Anything else I can try to get it charging and/or restarted? Figured I'd post here since I've done what their tech support would tell me to do.

I appreciate the feedback and the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
