Charge 4 Not Syncing

my charge 4 has not been syncing with my iphone 11 for a few months at this point. it will randomly decide to work sometimes but i’m very sick of waiting for random. 

 

i have restarted my fitbit multiple times, restarted my phone, restarted the app, basically everything fitbit tells you to do every time i try and it still will not work. 

 

i’ve checked for updates on the app and watch as well.

Thank you for the feedback and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
