Charge 4 - Not holding Charge

I bought my fitbit in August 2021.

It is no longer holding its charge.  I need to charge it every other day to keep it working.  The ad told me when I bought it, it should hold its charge 5 days -- and it used to do this.

Very disappointed and hope to have it replaced by you.
