I had to delete and reinstall my charge 4 and I have now lost all my data. How can I restore my data?

Make sure to reinstall with the same email/Fitbit ID. When data seems to be missing, it is usually because of logging into Fitbit with a different ID. Your data is all stored on the main Fitbit database by your email ID. Data should all be there under that ID. Try looking at fitbit.com dashboard, making sure logged in with old ID/email.

As our friend JohnnyRow already mentioned, all synced data will remain saved in your account. If you need to install the Fitbit app again, just log in using your email and password.
