I can not see the time etc on my fitbit, it is still working though and fully charged

I would try restarting your Charge 4. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Look here to see how it’s done:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. If the problem persist try changing your clock face: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pJI2DWe4rI0
